Job summary

A.T. Still University is seeking a Director of Curricular Coordination and Support for the Postprofessional DPT Program in Arizona. The role leads curriculum implementation, oversees student recruitment and retention, and partners with faculty and staff to run daily operations and strategic initiatives.

You will supervise faculty and staff, manage the program budget, coordinate marketing, and ensure accreditation readiness while representing the department across the university and community.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in teaching/education or PT or related field.
• Experience in curriculum planning and assessment.
• 3–5 years in a university or academic setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum development and delivery with PT content experts.
• Lead course design consistency and assessment of student learning.
• Manage program operations and execution of strategic plans.
• Supervise faculty and staff; handle recruitment and evaluations.
• Coordinate program marketing and external partnerships.
• Ensure accreditation compliance and program documentation.
