Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board (H-NNCSB) seeks a Part-Time Direct Support Professional to assist adults with serious mental illness in our Residential Behavioral Health Program. You will provide compassionate care, reinforce daily living skills, and support recovery in a structured residence.
Responsibilities include supervision, medication reminders, documentation, and collaboration with clinicians to promote safety and independence for residents on their recovery journeys.

Hourly Pay: $20.44
Shift Differential: $2.50/hour for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
Work Schedule: Every other weekend (Sat and Sun) 8a-4:30p, 4:00p-12:30a, 12:00a-8:30a

Our Residential Behavioral Health Program provides a safe, structured living environment for adults with serious mental illness. Through individualized support, staff help residents strengthen daily living skills, manage their mental health, and successfully remain integrated within the community.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with supervisors and clinical professionals to provide person-centered care that promotes recovery, stability, and independence.
