Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board (H-NNCSB) is seeking a Full-Time Direct Care Professional (DSP) for the Southern Family Project (SEFP). You will provide daily support to women and families in residential treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions, helping create a safe, recovery-focused environment.

Annual Salary: $37,799
Shift Differential: $2.50/hour for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 4:00 pm - 12:30 am

The southeastern Family Project is a licensed residential treatment program serving women recovering from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. The program provides ASAM Level 3.5 and 3.1 residential treatment for non-pregnant women, pregnant women, postpartum women, and their infants.
