PT/ Every Other Weekend (EOW) - Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Rate of Pay $23/hr

FLSA Status- Non-exempt

$500.00 Sign-On Bonus!!!

We are seeking a Part -Time Every Other Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP)to provide hands‑on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.

This position is Every Other Weekend

Saturday & Sunday 9am-11pm

(working with women)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting with participation and exploration of the community
• Cultivating and expanding independent living skills
• Provide assistance with personal hygiene, activities/outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.
• Assisting with the development of meaningful and personal relationships
• Administer and record medications pursuant to State and Agency requirements, when applicable
• Other duties as assigned

Regular Base Rate is $22/hr . There is an additional $1/hr. shift differential for weekend shifts. ($22 +$1=$23/hr.)

$500.00 Sign-On Bonus

Pay Out Structure:$250 – First Day; $250 – after three months

(You must remain in the designated position for the time intervals specified above to qualify for the bonus payout. Employee's must complete all onboarding and new hire trainings to be eligible for payout.)
