Job summary

Richcroft in Harford County, MD is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. The role covers Saturdays and Sundays from 7am to 10pm, with a base rate of $22/hr plus a $1/hr weekend differential, totaling $23/hr.

The DSP will help with personal care, community activities, planning, cooking, and cleaning, and may administer medications as required. A sign-on bonus of $500 and paid trainings are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D required.
• Current driver's license with <3 points on driving record.
• Must be able to transport people supported as needed.
• Some lifting and transferring may be required.
• Must have at least 2 years of Driving experience.
• Must be at least 20 years of age.

We are seeking a Part-TimeWeekend Direct Support Professional (DSP)to provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.

This position is:

Saturday & Sunday 7am - 10pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting with participation and exploration of the community
• Cultivating and expanding independent living skills
• Provide assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.
• Assisting with the development of meaningful and personal relationships

$500.00 Sign-On Bonus

Pay Out Structure:$250 - First Day; $250 - after three months
