Job summary

Richcroft in Carroll County, MD, is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Direct Support Professional to assist women with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll help with personal care, outings, social activities, and household tasks, and may administer medications as required by policy.

The role is Saturdays and Sundays 8am–8pm, with a $23/hr rate and a $1/hr weekend differential. Benefits include training, tuition reimbursement, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with less than 3 points on record.
• Must be at least 20 years old.
• At least 2 years of driving experience.
• Ability to transport people supported as needed.
• Some lifting and transferring may be required.

Rate of Pay $23/hr

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

We are seeking a Part-Time Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.

This position is:

Every Other Weekend

Saturday & Sunday 8am - 8pm

(Working with Women)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting with participation and exploration of the community

• Provide assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.
• Assisting with the development of meaningful and personal relationships

Regular Base Rate is $22/hr. There is an additional $1/hr. shift differential for weekend shifts. ($22 +$1=$23/hr.)
