Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join a nationwide network of 200+ clubs. We transform lives through affordable fitness and serve over one million members.

You will answer phones, greet members, sign up new members, log amenities, process POS purchases, promote PE@PF classes, and maintain a clean, safe club environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional phone etiquette and guest greeting.
• Ability to sign up new members and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
