Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in North Carolina. You will deliver a friendly, Judgement Free member experience, greet members, sign up new members, and handle signups, questions and purchases at the front desk.

Shifts include early mornings and evenings with weekend coverage. Starting pay is $11 per hour, with hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job description

Shifts: 4:45 AM - 10AM or 5PM-11PM Monday to Friday. Weekends: 6:45 AM - 1 AND/OR 1PM-7PM. Weekends are required.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
