Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Akron, OH seeks a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests with a welcoming, Judgement Free experience. You will handle phones, greet and sign up new members, log amenities and resolve questions promptly.

The role offers a starting wage of $12 per hour with a full‑time schedule and opportunities for regular hourly increases based on tenure and anniversaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
