Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, seeks a part-time Customer Service Representative in High Point, NC. You will provide exceptional service to members and guests, answer calls, sign up new members, and help manage club operations in a Judgement Free environment.

Starting at $11 per hour with increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter. Benefits include PTO, shift-differential pay, and a free Black Card membership.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Location: L038 High Point South Main - High Point, NC, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Any, Part- Time: Starting at $11 per hour for days, evenings, and weekends.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
