Job summary

Planet Fitness in Macedonia, OH is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. You will greet members, answer questions, sign up new members, and help with tours, while promoting fitness classes and maintaining a clean club environment.

Starting at $12 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months after the first year. Requires basic computer skills and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and potential members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
