Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Oklahoma CNA certification required.
• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with all work.
• Ability to respond to emergencies.
• Ability to be courteous and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Keeps Charge Nurse, Nursing Coordinator, and Assisted Living Director informed of resident status.
• Assists with meal service including table setup, serving, and dining room tasks.
• Records accurate and timely resident progress notes and other documentation.

Education
