Heritage Villa in Bartlesville, Oklahoma is seeking compassionate Certified Nurse Assistants to provide direct resident care, grooming, feeding, and mobility assistance across shifts.

We offer competitive pay, shift differentials, PTO, tuition reimbursement up to 5,000, a 401(k), health benefits, and holiday pay. Candidates must hold Oklahoma CNA certification and pass the state exam.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Must pass a state-issued CNA exam
• Required valid CNA certification in Oklahoma
• Six months of long-term care experience preferred
• Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication

Responsabilités

• Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs
• Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care
• Assists residents with feeding and range of motion exercises
• Provides personal care and comfort; helps with mobility and ambulation
• Documents vital signs and intake/output as directed
• Communicates resident status changes to nursing team
