• Supervises or performs direct care per resident care plans.
• Administers medications and documentations with high accuracy.
• Makes daily rounds and communicates resident status to team.
• Gives shift reports and coordinates with Assisted Living staff.
• Responds to Call for Aid and maintains safety for residents.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
