Job summary

Green Country Village Senior Living in Bartlesville, Oklahoma is seeking a full-time LPN Overnight to join our dedicated nursing team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, document care, and respond to calls and emergencies while maintaining resident comfort and safety.

The schedule includes weekend shifts; compensation is $23 per hour negotiable based on experience. We offer medical/dental/vision insurance, daily pay option, generous PTO, six paid holidays, holiday

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma LPN license.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in senior living preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises/performs direct care of residents as outlined in each resident’s service/care plan.
• Supervises the work of the Assisted Living personnel assigned to her/his shift.
• Administers direct care to residents as needed.
• Makes daily rounds to residents.
• Keeps Assisted Living Director informed of the status of each resident.
• Gives and receives accurate shift reports.
• Records accurate and timely resident progress notes, condition change notes, and other documentation as required and/or assigned.
• Keeps physicians and families informed of each resident’s condition as requested.
• Assists with the development of the resident’s personal service/care plan.
• Responds promptly to all “Call for Aid” requests.
• Supervises medication administration (includes preparation, administration, and charting) and compliance with goal of 100% accuracy.
• Completes all assigned tasks and items listed on shift checklist.
