Jobot is seeking an experienced Licensed Physical Therapist to lead outpatient rehab at a private, growing clinic in Connecticut. You will supervise Willimantic clinical team, develop treatment plans, and oversee day-to-day operations while maintaining a high standard of patient care and work-life balance.

The role emphasizes flexibility, collaborative culture, and leadership development. Prior director experience is helpful but not required; excellent communication and a team-oriented mindset

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Connecticut or ability to obtain licensure.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Strong communication and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy to a varied patient population.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Lead and support the Willimantic clinical team.
• Help oversee day-to-day clinic operations and workflow.
• Mentor therapists and support clinical development.
• Partner with ownership and leadership on clinic goals and growth.
• Help maintain a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Maintain a clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilities.
• Participate in ongoing clinical and operational improvement efforts.
