Job summary

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient Clinic Director in New Britain, CT. In this full-time role, you will lead the center’s clinical team, ensure high-quality patient care, and manage operations to deliver outstanding outcomes.

You will build and sustain relationships with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers while guiding staff development and program growth across our outpatient orthopedic therapy services.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist with valid PT license in CT.
• Graduate from an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Experience leading outpatient PT teams or centers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the outpatient clinic operations and clinical team.
• Develop and maintain physician, employer, and payor partnerships.
• Oversee patient care quality and program outcomes.
• Drive center growth and staff development across the team.
