Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers seeks a Clinic Director in Connecticut to lead our Danielson clinic. You’ll mentor a dedicated team, drive patient-centered care, and build strong relationships with physicians, employers, and the community.

As a leader, you’ll shape operational excellence, implement leadership development programs, and pursue a path toward ownership while continuing to deliver exceptional outpatient orthopedic care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (CT) with clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and develop others and build high-performing teams.
• Strong relationship-building with physicians, employers, and community partners.
