Jobot in Willimantic, CT is seeking a Physical Therapist Clinic Director to lead an established outpatient rehab clinic within a private, growth-focused organization.

You will provide outpatient PT, supervise the clinical team, oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and partner with ownership on clinic goals, while maintaining a patient-centered culture and strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Connecticut or ability to obtain Connecticut licensure.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Strong communication and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy to a varied patient population.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Lead and support the Willimantic clinical team.
• Help oversee day-to-day clinic operations and workflow.
