Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster professional relationships.
• Basic understanding of clinic performance metrics and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-guided patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
• Lead and mentor clinic staff, ensuring high clinical standards and smooth daily operations.
• Develop referral relationships with physicians, athletic organizations, and community partners.
• Ensure billing and clinical documentation compliance and participate in budgeting and planning.
