Job summary

Alliance Physical Therapy Partners seeks a Physical Therapy Clinic Director to launch a new De Novo clinic in the community. You will lead clinical excellence, cultivate referral relationships, and drive growth while upholding our culture and standards.

The role offers strong cross‑functional support from marketing, operations, and leadership, plus opportunities to grow a team and enhance patient care. Licensed PT with leadership mindset and 4+ years of clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the respective state of practice.
• Preferably, at least four years of clinical experience.
• Demonstrated leadership mindset with a passion for building and growing a clinic.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong professional relationships.
• Basic understanding of clinic performance metrics and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide evidence‑guided treatment to patients.
• Create individualized plans of care, monitor progress, and manage discharge.
• Complete all required documentation promptly and accurately.
• Lead and mentor clinic staff, fostering a positive team atmosphere.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing to support clinic efficiency.
• Develop relationships with physicians and community partners to grow referrals.
• Ensure billing and clinical documentation are accurate and compliant.
• Participate in budgeting and strategic planning for clinic performance.
