Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program with licensure in the practicing state.
• 4+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership mindset with a passion for building and growing a clinic.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster professional relationships.
• Understanding of clinic performance metrics and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and implement evidence-guided treatment plans.
• Lead and mentor clinic staff and manage daily operations.
• Develop referral relationships and community partnerships to grow the clinic.
• Ensure billing and clinical documentation compliance and participate in budgeting and planning.
