Armor Physical Therapy seeks a Physical Therapist Clinic Director to launch and lead a new clinic, combining clinical excellence with entrepreneurial leadership. You will build referral networks, manage staffing, monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance, and partner with marketing and operations to grow patient volume.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the applicable state.
• At least four years of clinical experience with leadership mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Basic understanding of clinic performance metrics and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient evaluations and evidence-guided treatment plans.
• Lead clinic staff, maintain high clinical standards, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Develop and maintain physician, athletic, and community partnerships to grow referrals and visibility.
• Ensure billing and clinical documentation compliance and participate in budgeting and strategic planning.
