Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the respective state of practice.
• Preferably, at least four years of clinical experience.
• Demonstrated leadership mindset with a passion for building and growing a clinic.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong professional relationships.
• Basic understanding of clinic performance metrics and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide evidence-guided treatment to patients, ensuring high-quality care.
• Create individualized care plans, monitor progress, and manage discharge processes.
• Oversee clinic operations, including scheduling and staffing to support efficiency.
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and community partners to grow referrals.
