You will develop referral relationships, mentor staff, uphold clinical standards, and manage daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and compliance. The role emphasizes growth, community outreach, and delivering high-quality patient care within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the respective state.
• Preferably, at least four years of clinical experience.
• Demonstrated leadership mindset with a passion for building and growing a clinic.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong professional relationships.
• Basic understanding of clinic performance metrics and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide evidence-guided treatment to patients, ensuring high-quality care.
• Create individualized plans of care, monitor patient progress, and manage discharge.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, and staffing needs.
• Lead and mentor clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
• Develop relationships with physicians and community partners to grow referrals.
• Ensure billing and clinical documentation are accurate and compliant.
