The Client Advisor is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while achieving individual and store sales goals. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail, a passion for fashion, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. The Client Advisor also supports the team in maintaining operational excellence and upholding the brand’s image and standards.

MISSION

Provide unparalleled service to clients and be a true ambassador of the brand. Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and mentor the team during the sales ceremony on the shop floor. Demonstrate expert knowledge of products and the Dolce & Gabbana heritage, prioritizing client interest and consistently achieving sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Compensation includes a base hourly rate of $18.00–$20.00, eligible for variable commission, and a comprehensive benefits program that includes medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, FSA plans, and more.
