Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning preferred; e.g., office, medical, retail.
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site.

Responsibilities

• Able to use cleaning equipment as required (vacuum, scrubber, mop).
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
• Able to bend, stand, lift, etc.
• Clock in/out and complete inspection reports via cellphone apps.
• Clean and detail to customer satisfaction per scope of work.
• Show up on time as scheduled; work in team or alone.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.

Description

This is for a part time evening position. This building is cleaned Monday through Friday for 5 hours a night after 5pm.

Hourly pay rate: $15.00/hr (biweekly pay)

Responsibilities:

• Able to use cleaning equipment if required (i.e. canister or backpack vacuum, walk behind floor scrubber, and mopping systems)

Cleaning duties are, but not limited to:

• Basic commercial cleaning
• Mopping and vacuuming (possible floor scrubber)
• Detailing
• Dusting and wet wiping
• Trash removal
• Bathroom cleaning
• Supply stocking

Qualifications:
