Job summary

U.S. Servico, Inc. seeks energetic individuals for a part-time evening cleaning position in Fowlerville, MI. The role runs 4.5 hours per night, Monday through Friday, with start times after 8pm on Mondays and Thursdays and after 6pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Pay is $15.00/hr with biweekly payroll.

Candidates must be 18+ and able to follow safety guidelines. Benefits include ETO from clock-in and referral bonuses after 60 days; many entry-level workers advance into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High School and/or GED is encouraged.
• Previous commercial cleaning preferred; i.e., Office, Medical, Retail.
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site.

Responsibilities

• Able to use cleaning equipment if required (i.e. vacuum, scrubber, mop).
• Using various cleaning chemicals.
• Able to bend, stand, lift, etc.
• Use cellphone app to clock in/out and to submit inspection reports.
• Clean and detail to customers' satisfaction according to scope of work.
• Show up on time as scheduled and work with or without supervision.

Description

This is for a part time evening position. This building is cleaned Monday through Friday for 4.5 hours a night. Monday's and Thursday's will start after 8pm. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday will start after 6pm.

Hourly pay rate: $15.00/hr (biweekly pay)

Responsibilities

• Able to use cleaning equipment if required (i.e. canister or backpack vacuum, walk behind floor scrubber, and mopping systems)
• Using various cleaning chemicals

• Ability to use cellphone application to complete inspection reports and post pictures
• Clean and detail to customers satisfaction, following closely to scope of work expected.
• Clean service areas according to Servico Standards (reviewed during training)
• Show up to location on time, every time as scheduled
• Demonstrate ability to work in a team like setting or individually
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Cleaning duties are, but not limited to

• Basic commercial cleaning
• Mopping and vacuuming (possible floor scrubber)
• Detailing
• Dusting and wet wiping
• Trash removal
• Bathroom cleaning
• Supply stocking
