Job summary

Doshi & Associates in Bloomfield Hills, MI is seeking a part-time evening Cleaning Specialist to clean facilities for 2 hours per night, 3 nights a week (Mon, Wed, Fri). The role pays $15.00/hour with biweekly pay and requires the ability to follow safety guidelines and work with minimal supervision.

Employees can clock in/out via a mobile app and must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. No extensive prior experience is required, but reliability and teamwork are valued.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Able to use cleaning equipment if required (i.e. canister or backpack vacuum, walk behind floor scrubber, and mopping systems)

• Clean service areas according to Servico Standards (reviewed during training)

• Demonstrate ability to work in a team like setting or individually
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Cleaning duties are, but not limited to:
• Basic commercial cleaning
• Mopping and vacuuming (possible floor scrubber)
• Detailing
• Dusting and wet wiping
• Trash removal
• Bathroom cleaning
• Supply stocking

Qualifications:

• Previous commercial cleaning preferred; i.e., Office, Medical, Retail
