Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized and inspiring shopping experience on the sales floor while supporting store performance and visual standards. This part-time role focuses on customer engagement, styling, and achieving individual sales objectives. Ambassadors collaborate with the team to maintain store operations and uphold brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling guidance to customers.
• Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs (SPH, data capture) and utilize tools to drive performance.
• Engage customers through loyalty and connection programs (e.g., Polo Connect).
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and ensure sizing and presentation standards are maintained.
• Support store operations including opening and closing tasks, floor sets, replenishment, and maintaining BOH standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and provide product feedback to management.
• Participate in company trainings and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred; customer-facing experience demonstrated.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build customer and team relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks on the sales floor and stock areas.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor, fitting rooms, and back-of-house.
• Flexible availability to work days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
