They support store operations, visual standards, and customer engagement while meeting individual KPIs. This entry-level role is a foundation for future leadership opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Meet or exceed individual sales objectives and KPIs (SPH, data capture) using company tools.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and uphold brand policies.
• Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate them on product and services.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards.
• Support operational activities including floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), opening and closing tasks, and maintaining visual standards.
• Participate in company trainings related to product, process, and talent development.
