Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor, driving sales and meeting individual KPIs. This entry-level retail role supports visual standards, fitting room assistance, store operations, and educates customers about brand programs and offerings.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling to customers.
• Understand and meet sales objectives and individual KPIs (SPH, data capture, etc.).
• Connect customers to loyalty and brand programs such as Polo Connect.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house.
• Support operational activities including floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), opening and closing duties.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and communicate product feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate the register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Capacity to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
• Ability to perform tasks on the sales floor, in stock/dressing rooms, and back of house.
