The main responsibilities include unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking U-boats, moving out U-boats, and stocking shelves. Backstock work includes handling DSD vendor backstock on non-delivery days. The role involves replenishing shelves from mass and end displays, breaking down cartons, bailing cardboard, and organizing store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stock items
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock
• Replenish mass or end displays, rotate products, and present shelving as directed
• Remove out-of-code items using efficient rotation methods

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours or more based on business needs
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs., standing 55%, walking 45%
• Static max pull: 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of MSDS materials
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training
