Primary Purpose

This role involves unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking shelves, and managing backstock, including DSD vendor stock on non-delivery days. The position supports store presentation and inventory management to ensure a well-stocked and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload U-boat stock and restock shelves from backstock
• Replenish and rotate products on displays and shelves
• Remove expired or out-of-code items efficiently
• Assist with store presentation and organization

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies
• Physical capability to meet ergonomic and job-specific requirements
• Reliable attendance and ability to operate necessary equipment

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours, with flexibility based on business needs
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand approximately 55%, walk 45%
• Maximum static pull: 20 lbs.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Understanding of company policies and safety procedures
• Knowledge of MSDS, Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training
