Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, break down pallets, restock U-boats, and organize stock.
• Manage backstock, including DSD vendor stock on non-delivery days.
• Replenish shelves from mass and end displays, rotate products, and present shelving as directed.
• Remove out-of-date items efficiently for rotation.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Effective communication and understanding of company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Adhere to performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate or learn necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%, sit 0%.
• Category IV tasks: lifting, carrying up to 50 lbs., static pull of 20 lbs.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS materials used during work.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
