The main responsibilities include unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking U-boats, moving U-boats, and stocking shelves from mass and end displays. The role also involves handling backstock, including DSD vendor stock on non-delivery days, and maintaining store presentation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load U-boat with stock items
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock
• Replenish mass or end displays, rotate products, and present shelving as directed
• Remove out-of-code items efficiently for rotation

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations
• Meet performance standards, including attendance
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and tools

Physical Requirements:

• Minimum shift: 4 hours
• Job cycles: continuous
• Lift/carry: up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%
• Category IV lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements:

• Understanding company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of MSDS materials
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training
