Job Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, break down pallets, restock U-boats, move out U-boats, and display new stock.
• Manage backstock, including DSD vendor stock on non-delivery days.
• Replenish shelves from backstock, mass, and end displays.
• Rotate products and present shelving as directed by management.
• Remove out-of-code items efficiently for rotation.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Physical demands include lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., standing 55%, walking 45%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Maximum static pull: 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS information for materials used.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
