Primary Purpose

The role involves unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking U-boats, moving U-boats, and stocking shelves. The team member will work with backstock, including DSD vendor backstock on non-delivery days, and replenish shelves from mass and end displays. Responsibilities also include breaking down cartons, bailing cardboard, and presenting store displays.

Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stock items
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock
• Replenish mass or end displays, rotate products, and present shelving as directed
• Remove out-of-code items efficiently for rotation

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations
• Meet performance standards, including attendance
• Ability to operate or learn to operate required equipment

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for 55%, walking for 45%

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of MSDS, Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know trainings
