Job Responsibilities:

• Unload trucks, break down pallets, restock U-boats, and set up new stock.
• Manage backstock, including DSD vendor stock on non-delivery days.
• Replenish shelves from backstock and mass/end displays.
• Break down cartons, bail cardboard, face or present store, and move or stack pallets.

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to understand and communicate company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements:

• Minimum shift: 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs., standing 55%, walking 45%.
• Category IV physical requirements: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs., max static pull of 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements:

• Understand company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS materials.
• Complete Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
