Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support the treatment plan under a Physical Therapist’s supervision. You will administer and monitor therapeutic exercises, transfers, gait training, and related interventions in alignment with the PT plan.

This primarily outpatient role includes occasional inpatient coverage to support patient care across settings. State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant and CPR within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-like clinical communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to monitor and report patient responses to therapy.
• Proficient in documenting patient progress and plans.
