Job summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Aide to support therapists and patients in a dynamic clinical setting. You will assist with exercises, prepare treatment spaces, and help manage equipment and patient flow during sessions.

The role involves closely following therapist guidance, maintaining patient comfort, and contributing to a safe, efficient environment. Hours include Mon/Wed 1pm-6pm and Tue/Thu 12pm-6pm, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Anatomy & Kinesiology.
• Knowledge of therapy equipment used in treatment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a scribe for recording and editing therapeutic exercises under supervision.
• Assist patients with preparation, equipment, and guided exercises as directed.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and assist with front desk duties as needed.
• Educate patients on proper use of equipment and exercise routines.
• Handle initial patient questions with professional customer service.
