Job summary

CACI is seeking a Psychological Operations Planner to support mission‑critical advisory, training, and operational services across diverse commands. The role emphasizes planning, synchronization, and execution of PSYOP with interagency partners, leveraging analytic platforms like Maven Smart System and C2IE.

The ideal candidate has TS clearance, 3–10 years of PSYOP experience, and a strong background in military planning processes, including JPP and targeting.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years’ experience planning, coordinating, synchronizing and/or executing PSYOP
• Active TS clearance and SCI eligible with CI Poly
• Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in a relevant field such as Strategic Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Behavioral Science, Military Science or another applicable field
• Demonstrated experience briefing PSYOP concepts to executive/senior-level decision makers
• Proficient in standard military software applications and communication systems

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and integrates PSYOP activities in support of operational and strategic objectives.
• Develops and refining PSYOP concepts and messaging using research and audience analysis.
• Coordinates PSYOP planning with interagency partners, allies, coalition forces, stakeholders, academia, media and vendors.
• Integrates PSYOP with broader OIE, cyber, information and non‑kinetic effects across domains.
• Supports media campaign planning and execution by aligning PSYOP messaging with approved media efforts.
• Leverages government and commercial analytic platforms to support PSYOP planning, targeting, and assessment.
• Assesses influence indicators and informs refinement of PSYOP plans and messaging.
• Advises planners and senior leaders on PSYOP risks and effects, ensuring legal and operational soundness.
• Conducts executive briefings to GO/FO/SES decision makers to gain approval of concepts and plans.
