Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of the US Army PSYOP Qualification Course.
• 3-10 years’ experience planning, coordinating, synchronizing and/or executing PSYOP.
• 5 years demonstrated experience in military planning processes (JPP, MDMP, joint targeting, or campaign planning).
• Active TS clearance and SCI eligible with CI Ppoly.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience briefing PSYOP concepts to executive/senior decision makers.
• Proficient in standard military software applications.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and integrates PSYOP activities to support objectives.
• Develops PSYOP concepts and messaging using research and audience analysis.
• Coordinates planning with interagency partners and allies.
• Integrates PSYOP with broader effects across domains.
• Supports media campaign planning and targeting with approved efforts.
• Uses analytic platforms to support PSYOP planning and assessment.
• Defines indicators and informs refinement of PSYOP plans.
• Advises leaders on risks and opportunities, ensuring legality and soundness.
• Conducts executive briefings to GO/FO/SES decision makers.
• Leverages doctrinal expertise to ensure target alignment.
