The role emphasizes planning, integration of cyber‑enabled PSYOP, and synchronization with strategic objectives to strengthen joint force effectiveness. You will brief senior leaders, coordinate with interagency partners, and leverage platforms like Maven Smart System and C2IE to inform targets and measures of performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of the US Army PSYOP Qualification Course.
• 5 years experience planning, coordinating, synchronizing and/or executing PSYOP.
• 7 years planning experience in military processes and targeting.
• Active TS clearance and SCI eligible; willing to CI Poly.
• BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
• Experience integrating cyber and digital capabilities to enable PSYOP.
• Experience briefing executive/senior‑level decision makers.
• Familiarity with CYBERCOM functions and operations.

Responsibilities

• Plans and integrates cyber‑enabled PSYOP activities, synchronizing cyber capabilities with objectives.
• Integrates PSYOP with other OIE, including Defense Deception, EW, and space operations.
• Aligns messaging and audience targeting with approved media strategies.
• Develops CONOPs and execution plans for PSYOP.
• Coordinates planning with interagency partners, allies, and vendors.
• Leverages platforms like Maven Smart System and C2IE to support planning and assessment.
• Defines measures of performance and MOE indicators to evaluate audience response.
• Conducts executive briefings to GO/FO/SES decision makers.
