Job summary

CAC I International Inc. is seeking a Psychological Operations Planner to support planning, coordination, and execution of PSYOP across operational objectives.

The role entails briefing senior leaders, coordinating with interagency partners, and integrating PSYOP with broader campaigns to enhance joint force effectiveness. Candidates should have PSYOP qualifications, 3–10 years of related experience, and an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of the US Army PSYOP Qualification Course.
• 3–10 years planning, coordinating, synchronizing and/or executing PSYOP.
• Active TS clearance and SCI eligible.
• BA/BS in Strategic Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Behavioral Science, Military Science or related field.
• Experience briefing PSYOP concepts to executive/senior-level (GO/FO/SES) decision makers.
• Proficient in standard military software applications and communication systems.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and integrates PSYOP activities to support objectives and campaign goals.
• Develops PSYOP concepts and messaging using research and audience analysis.
• Coordinates PSYOP planning with interagency partners, allies, and vendors.
• Integrates PSYOP with OIE, cyber, information, and non-kinetic effects across domains.
• Supports media campaign planning by aligning PSYOP messaging with media efforts.
• Uses government and commercial analytic platforms to support PSYOP planning and assessment.
• Assesses influence indicators and informs refinement of PSYOP plans and messaging.
• Advises leaders on PSYOP risks and opportunities, ensuring legal compliance and cultural appropriateness.
