Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Senior Psychological Operations Planner to lead PSYOP planning, messaging development, and interagency coordination for strategic objectives. The role requires extensive PSYOP and military planning experience with an active TS/SCI security posture.

The candidate will integrate PSYOP with other domains, support media campaigns, and brief senior leaders. A BA/BS in a relevant field and proficiency with military software are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of the US Army PSYOP Qualification Course is required.
• 10 years’ experience planning, coordinating, synchronizing and/or executing PSYOP.
• 7 years in military planning processes (JPP, JPM, Joint Targeting, or campaign planning).
• Active TS clearance and SCI eligible.
• BA/BS in a relevant field such as Strategic Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Behavioral Science or Military Science.
• Experience briefing PSYOP concepts to executive/senior-level decision makers.
• Proficient in standard military software applications and communication systems.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and integrates PSYOP activities in support of objectives.
• Develops PSYOP concepts and messaging using research and audience analysis.
• Coordinates PSYOP planning with interagency partners and allies.
• Integrates PSYOP with broader non-kinetic effects for synchronized outcomes.
• Supports media campaign planning and align PSYOP messaging with strategy.
• Uses analytic platforms to support PSYOP planning and assessment.
• Advises planners on risks, opportunities and effects; ensures legal and cultural compliance.
• Conducts executive briefings to GO/FO/SES decision makers on concepts and plans.
