Job summary

CACI seeks a Psychological Operations Planner to advance national security through PSYOP planning and coordination. You will develop messaging concepts, coordinate with interagency partners, and integrate PSYOP with broader operations to achieve campaign goals.

The role requires experience briefing executives, strong planning skills, and an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility. Local travel up to 25% is expected as part of a dynamic team supporting national security missions.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years' PSYOP planning/coordinating experience.
• 5 years' experience in military planning processes (JPP, MDMP, or campaign planning).
• Active TS clearance and SCI eligibility with CI Poly.
• BA/BS in a relevant field as listed, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and integrates PSYOP activities to align with campaign goals.
• Develops PSYOP concepts and messaging using research and audience analysis.
• Coordinates PSYOP planning with interagency partners and allies.
• Integrates PSYOP with broader non-kinetic effects across domains.
• Briefs senior leaders and decision makers on PSYOP concepts and plans.
