Job summary

Healthcare Recruiters International is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LPC/MHSP, or LMFT) in Nashville, TN. This full-time W2 role offers a starting annual compensation of $70,000, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no nights or weekends.

The therapist will provide behavioral health services in skilled nursing, long-term care, and related settings, with on-site patient care and possible remote documentation. Strong admin support and autonomy are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPC, LPC/MHSP, or LMFT license.
• Eligible for independent practice and billing.
• At least six months of psychotherapy experience.
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred.
• LCSWs are not eligible for this opening.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical assessments and diagnoses.
• Provide individual psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment concerns, grief, loss, and life transitions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Cover facilities within Lebanon, Nashville, Mt. Juliet, Hendersonville, Goodlettsville, and Gallatin.
