Healthcare Recruiters International is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC or LMFT) to deliver behavioral health care to older adults in post-acute and long-term care settings in Jackson, Tennessee. This is a full-time, W2 role with five days weekly and no nights or weekends, starting at an annual compensation of $66,828.

Onsite care with remote documentation after visits is possible. Join a team that offers clinical autonomy, administrative support, and local onboarding.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted Tennessee LPC or LMFT license.
• Eligible for independent practice and billing.
• Older adult care or post-acute psychotherapy experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments and establish diagnoses.
• Provide individual psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment concerns, grief, and life transitions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Cover Dyersburg, McKenzie, Martin, Jackson, and Union City.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and establish diagnoses.
• Provide individual psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment concerns, grief, and life transitions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Cover Dyersburg, McKenzie, Martin, Jackson, and Union City.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Tennessee LPC or LMFT license.
• Eligible for independent practice and billing.
• At least six months of psychotherapy experience.
• Older adult or post acute care experience preferred.
• LCSWs are not eligible.
