TeamHealth Chattanooga Area Post-Acute Care Practice seeks a licensed clinical psychologist to provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy for older adults in post-acute and long-term care settings. The role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in a clinician-led environment.

Coverage includes Chattanooga, Copperhill, Dunlap, Monteagle, and South Pittsburg with no nights or weekends.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted Tennessee license as a clinical psychologist.
• PhD or PsyD required.
• Eligible for independent practice and billing.

Chattanooga Area Post-acute Care Practice

This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).

Role Overview

• Full-time (5-days per week) within Monday – Friday
• No nights or weekends
• Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
• Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
• Coverage area includes Chattanooga, Copperhill, Dunlap, Monteagle, and South Pittsburg, Tennessee

Compensation and Benefits

• Estimated compensation range of $123,028 – $145,694 annually with no cap on productivity income
• Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
• Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Tennessee license as a clinical psychologist
• PhD or PsyD required
